SEOUL, Jan 22 (Reuters) - Seoul shares retreated on Friday, pressured by losses in key tech stocks and banking issues such as KB Financial Group, which fell under pressure after their U.S. peers declined on restriction concerns. The Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) shed 1.48 percent to 1,696.58 points as of 0003 GMT. (Reporting by Jungyoun Park; Editing by Jonathan Hopfner)
