Almost all of their branches change money (Mon-Fri 10am-4pm, Sat 9am-12.30pm), but you get better rates from official moneychangers, of which there are scores in the main city areas; the kiosk below the General Post Office, on Jl Sultan Hishamuddin, also gives good rates.
